Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that dispatch time is separate from carrier delivery time. Once your parcel is handed to our carrier, delivery timescales are estimated and may vary depending on the service, destination, and any carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
